| Besan(chickpea flour) | 1 cup |
| Palak (spinach ) chopped | 1 cup |
| Onion chopped | 1 medium |
| Garlic paste | ¼ teaspoon |
| Crushed coriander seeds | ½ teaspoon |
| Salt | ½ teaspoon |
| Red chili powder | ¼ teaspoon |
| Green chilies chopped | 1 teaspoon |
| Turmeric powder | ½ teaspoon |
| Baking powder | ¼ teaspoon |
| Water | As you required for making a thick paste |
| Oil | for deep frying pakoras |
- Mix together besan (gram flour), chili powder, turmeric powder, baking powder, crushed coriander, and salt in a bowl.
- Add garlic paste, palak (spinach), onions, and green chilies and mix them with the flour mixture.
- Slowly add water and mix batter with hand or spoon and make a thick paste.
- Heat oil in a pot.
- With the help of a tablespoon put the batter into the oil.
- Fry them on medium flame till they are crisp and golden brown.
- Serve 4
