Spinach fritter(palak pakora) Recipe

Besan(chickpea flour)1 cup
Palak (spinach ) chopped1 cup
Onion chopped1 medium
Garlic paste¼ teaspoon
Crushed coriander seeds½ teaspoon
Salt½ teaspoon
Red chili powder¼ teaspoon
Green chilies chopped1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder½ teaspoon
Baking powder¼ teaspoon
WaterAs you required for making a thick paste
Oilfor deep frying pakoras








Instructions

  1. Mix together besan (gram flour), chili powder, turmeric powder, baking powder, crushed coriander, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add garlic paste, palak (spinach), onions, and green chilies and mix them with the flour mixture.
  3. Slowly add water and mix batter with hand or spoon and make a thick paste.
  4. Heat oil in a pot.
  5. With the help of a tablespoon put the batter into the oil.
  6. Fry them on medium flame till they are crisp and golden brown.
  7. Serve 4
