Rajisthani Kebab Recipe



Ingredients









Quantity          


Minced meat (beef / mutton)


250 grams


Chopped green onions


2 tablespoons


Wheat flour

1 cup


Green coriander

2 tablespoons


Chopped green chilies

1 teaspoon



Chopped tomatoes



4 tablespoons



Dry coriander powder



1 teaspoon



Ginger paste



½ teaspoon



Garlic paste



½  teaspoon



Red chili powder



½ teaspoon



All spice powder



½ teaspoon



Salt



1 teaspoon



Oil



For frying kebabs


Instructions:

  • Add minced meat in a bowl .

  • Put all ingredients in minced meat and mix them well.

  • Make kebabs.

  • Fry the flattened kebabs in the hot oil over medium to low flame, turning in between till turned brown.

  • Rajasthani kebabs are ready.

  • Garnish Kebabs with coriander leaves 

  • serve hot with tomato sauce or coriander chutney.

  • serve 3.
