Chopped green onions | 2 tablespoons |
Wheat flour | 1 cup |
Green coriander | 2 tablespoons |
Chopped green chilies | 1 teaspoon |
Chopped tomatoes | 4 tablespoons |
Dry coriander powder | 1 teaspoon |
Ginger paste | ½ teaspoon |
Garlic paste | ½ teaspoon |
Red chili powder | ½ teaspoon |
All spice powder | ½ teaspoon |
Salt | 1 teaspoon |
Oil | For frying kebabs |
Add minced meat in a bowl .- Put all ingredients in minced meat and mix them well.
- Make kebabs.
- Fry the flattened kebabs in the hot oil over medium to low flame, turning in between till turned brown.
- Rajasthani kebabs are ready.
- Garnish Kebabs with coriander leaves
- serve hot with tomato sauce or coriander chutney.
- serve 3.
