Cake Recipe





 IngredientsQuantity
Butter or ghee / clarified butter½ cup
White flour2 cups
Baking powder2 teaspoons
Sugar  powder1.5 cups
Eggs2
Milk1 cup
Vanilla essence1 teaspoon

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven.

  • In a sauce pan melt butter.

  • Put sugar in a bowl, add melted butter in it and mix it, then add eggs and milk in it and mix until sugar dissolves properly.

  • Mix white flour and baking powder (dry ingredients).

  • Add dry ingredients in the mixture and mix them properly.

  • Add vanilla essence in the mixture.

  • Shift the mixture in oil brushed cake pan.

  • Bake at 180 degrees f for 25-30 minutes or until cake test done and it turns golden in color.

  • Serve with tea.
