Ginger and fennel seed tea













Ingredients
  • chopped ginger half teaspoon
  • fennel seeds 1 teaspoon
  • water 5 cups
In a saucepan, combine the ginger and fennel seeds with fresh water .
Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat.
Simmer for five minutes on low flame
Pour the tea through a fine sieve to catch all of the ginger. If desired, you can add a teaspoon of suger for per cup of tea.

Mint and Basil tea









Ingredients
  • dried mint leaves 1tsp
  • dried basil leaves 1tsp
  • water 5 cups
In a saucepan, combine the mint and basil leaves with fresh water .
Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat.

Pour the tea through a fine sieve . If desired, you can add a teaspoon of suger for per cup of tea.

  • crushed cinnamon 1/4 tsp
  • water 5 cups
In a saucepan, combine the green tea and crushed cinnamon with fresh water .
Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat.
Simmer for five minutes on low flame .
Pour the tea through a fine sieve . If desired, you can add a teaspoon of suger for per cup of tea.
