Lemon juice | 2 tablespoon |
Powdered sugar | 4 tablespoon |
Chat masala | 1 tablespoon |
Salt | ½ teaspoon |
Roasted cumin seeds powder | ½ teaspoon |
Garam masala ( All spice powder) | ½ teaspoon |
Black pepper | ½ teaspoon |
Instructions
- Put chopped apple and banana in a large bowl and toss with the lemon juice.
- Add all other chopped fruits and toss.
- Add sugar, chat masala, salt, cumin powder, garam masala, black pepper, and mix Fruit chaat well.
- Chill Fruit chaat in the refrigerator before serving.
- Serve 6.
