| Apple chopped | 1 medium size |

| Grapes halved | 1 cup |
| Melon chopped | 1 cup |
| Pineapple chopped | 1 cup |
| Pomegranate | ½ cup |
| Kiwi chopped | 1 cup |
| Strawberries chopped | 1 cup |
| Mango chopped | 1 cup |
| Lemon juice | 2 tablespoon |
| Powdered sugar | 4 tablespoon |
| Chat masala | 1 tablespoon |
| Salt | ½ teaspoon |
| Roasted cumin seeds powder | ½ teaspoon |
| Garam masala ( All spice powder) | ½ teaspoon |
| Black pepper | ½ teaspoon |
Instructions
- Put chopped apple and banana in a large bowl and toss with the lemon juice.
- Add all other chopped fruits and toss.
- Add sugar, chat masala, salt, cumin powder, garam masala, black pepper, and mix Fruit chaat well.
- Chill Fruit chaat in the refrigerator before serving.
- Serve 6.
