Fruit Salad Recipe


Ingredients

Apple



1 Medium Size



Lemon Juice



1 tablespoon



Melons Chopped



  2 Cups



Orange



I Medium



Grapes



I cup



Pear



1 Medium Size



Kiwi



2 Medium Size



Other fruits



As desired



Powdered Sugar



2 Tablespoon




Instructions



  1. Put chopped apples in a large salad bowl and toss with the lemon juice

  2. Add 2 heaping cups of melon of any variety, chopped and seeds removed.

  3. Add 1 orange, peeled and chopped, 1 cup grapes, halved, 1 pear, cored and chopped, 2 kiwis, peeled and chopped & all other chopped fruits and toss.

  4. Add 2 tablespoons of powdered Sugar, Chill in the refrigerator before serving.

  5. Serve.
