| large carrots | 2 |
| yogurt or mayonnaise | ½ cup |
| vinegar | 1 tablespoon |
| sugar | 1 tablespoon |
| salt | ½ teaspoon |
| pepper | ¼ teaspoon |
Instructions
- Chop or grate cabbage and carrots into thin strips.
- Mix vinegar, mayonnaise, sugar, salt and pepper together in a small bowl to make a dressing.
- Toss shredded vegetables and dressing.
- Chill and serve cold
